Jessica Weitzel, Director of Evaluation, Health Behavior, attended “Peer Victimization and Bullying: Research and Prevention Strategies-What Have We Learned from Listening to Children’s Voices?” on July 22nd. The continuing education workshop, offered through the University at Buffalo School of Social Work, focused on identifying and applying research-based strategies to prevent peer victimization and trauma associated with peer victimization, particularly in schools.
