In light of the evolving situation with COVID-19, VIA has decided to suspend observations and site visits until further notice. We also plan to move all in-person meetings to virtual/conference call meetings for the foreseeable future. We’ll be in touch directly with any clients, partners, or vendors who may be impacted.
VIA plans to continue working through the upcoming weeks, from our offices for as long as that is feasible, and then remotely, if needed. VIA will be relying on elements of our Business Continuity Plan and Emergency Action Plan to ensure we are able to provide services as needed to our clients.
We thank you for your patience and support as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and adapt as necessary to protect our clients, our staff, and our community.
