Via Evaluation had the privilege to complete the analysis for the Youth Risk Behavior Survey, and then present it to the board of Buffalo Public Schools. Both The Buffalo News, and WBFO reported on the project:

The Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) is a reliable, national survey tool created by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to assess six categories of priority health-risk behaviors among youth and young adults, including:
- Behaviors that contribute to unintentional injuries and violence;
- Tobacco use;
- Alcohol and other drug use;
- Sexual risk behaviors;
- Unhealthy dietary behaviors;
- Physical inactivity.
BPS has publicly posted the district-level 2017 YRBS reports, as well as the presentation shared with the Board of Education on April 9th. Here are the links:
