The USDA has opened its annual Farm to School (F2S) grant competition, which funds schools, nonprofits, government entities, Indian tribal organizations, and agricultural producers to develop, implement, and support F2S activities that increase children’s access to local food in their schools. There are $5M in funds available for an estimated 75 awards, which will range from $15k to $100k based on project type.
