Ciurczak & Company, Inc. is partnering with the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County to conduct a community-wide needs assessment in Western New York. We will be analyzing demographic trends, reviewing Best Practices from around the country, and conducting interviews and focus groups with service providers and others in an effort to gain the perspective of our local community. The United Way of Buffalo and Erie County will use the resulting information to help prioritize their future funding efforts and organizational strategies.
