As year two of Round 6 funding for 21st CCLC out-of-school time programs in New York State comes to a close, the New York State Education Department has provided updated guidance for the Year 2 local evaluation report. The local evaluation reports are due to the state by August 28th, and will include components beyond what was required in the past.
Last year, the team at Via Evaluation worked together to submit all 14 of our 21st CCLC reports ahead of the initial deadline, which eventually was extended multiple times. No update has yet been received for the reporting system that will replace PPICS for the federal report completed by grantees.
