Nestor D. Hernandez, Executive Director of The Belle Center, received a Community Leader Award from the National Federation for Just Communities of WNY on January 20. Ciurczak & Company, Inc. provides evaluation services for The Belle Center’s 21st Century CCLC Program. Ciurczak & Company, Inc. has been providing state and federal grant evaluation services to leading non-profit organizations and schools throughout New York State since 1998.
