We are conscientious about the impact that our organization has on the environment and are actively take steps to encourage environmentally friendly choices in all aspects of our business.
We have taken the following steps to become environmentally friendly, such as:

ensuring recycle bins are on each floor for use,

promoting the use of re-usable plastic or glass containers for food,

providing all employees with ecologically friendly water bottles,
-
developing online (paperless) surveys to reduce the usage of paper,
-
when paper is needed, using 100% recycled paper,
-
purchasing office supplies that are non-toxic and recyclable,
-
actively selecting alternative energy sources to power our day to day activities, such as wind power, and
-
providing Socially Responsible IRAs through Calvert for all fulltime employees.
