Ciurczak & Company, Inc. has collaborated with the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County to assess community needs in Erie County. For the project, Ciurczak & Company, Inc. staff completed an analysis of community trends based on U.S. Census data, designed and completed key informant interviews, conducted focus groups with stakeholders, and contributed to a review of best practices. United Way of Buffalo and Erie County is using the needs assessment information to inform their current Request for Proposals, future investments, and internal strategies.
