VIA is excited to attend the Annual American Evaluation Association (AEA) conference this year in Minneapolis, MN!
This year, VIA will be presenting two sessions, Caroline and Erin will be presenting ‘Sharing Lessons from a Community-Conducted Needs Assessment’ demonstrating one approach to supporting a community-led needs assessment, in which a community advisory board of young adults designed the approach and data collection tools, conducted the data collection through three different formats, collated and analyzed the data, and used the results to subsequently select and design their intervention approach.
Then, Komani (@komani) will be presenting ‘Game Changers: Lessons from Small Evaluation Firms’. She is joining up with leaders from other women-owned firms to share and discuss their evaluation companies’ game-changing moments for a second year in a row.
If you see any of our team at the pre-conference workshops or the conference sessions, be sure to say hi. We love nerding out with other evaluators at this conference each year, and can’t wait to bring home tips and tricks to share with clients!
