Caroline Taggart, MPH, was promoted to Senior Evaluator at Ciurczak & Company, Inc. Previously, Ms. Taggart served as an Evaluator for the company, which is an award winning grant evaluation and development firm headquartered in downtown Buffalo, NY, with evaluation projects throughout NY State.
Ms. Taggart is the lead project evaluator on a variety of privately-, state-, and federally-funded grant projects throughout New York State, including 21st Century Community Learning Center, Elementary and Secondary School Counseling, Health Association of Niagara County Inc. (HANCI) Afternoon Reading All Stars, Community-Based Abstinence Education Program, and Department of Defense Education Activity grants.
