The Greater Rochester Health Foundation has released the Request for Proposals for its 2012 Opportunity Grants. GRHF will support 5-10 projects related to prevention and health improvement. Organizations serving Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates Counties are eligible to apply. Grant awards will range from $50,000 to $200,000 per year for projects lasting 1-3 years. Projects with total funding requests over $200,000 will require an evaluator. Letters of intent are due by August 5, 2011; full proposals will be due by September 9, 2011.
