Via Evaluation is very proud to announce that our client, 467 Richmond Avenue LLC, received a $1.5 million loan from the Better Buffalo Fund (BBF) for the redevelopment of the vacant former Methodist Church at the Richmond Ferry circle into the Rosanna Elizabeth Visual and Performing Arts Center and Campus (REVPAC). Via Evaluation’s Grants Department staff, who wrote the winning proposal, is honored to be part of such an incredible project that will contribute significantly to the City of Buffalo!
This project was one of 14 projects funded, out of 40 submissions. The Better Buffalo Fund awards grants (nonprofits only) and competitive low-interest loans in two categories, Transit-Oriented Development and Buffalo Main Street Initiative, to encourage dense development along transit corridors and the revitalization of commercial corridors.
